Ingredients:
● Mushrooms 227 g (8 ounces) sliced
● 1 tablespoon or (15 ml) of olive oil.
● If preferred, use flaky salt or the kosher salt of the individual’s choice.
● Black pepper, to taste
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice or to taste.
● Crusty bread 4 slices which are toasted.
● 1 large avocado, mashed (or more if desired)

Additional Topping Options:
● Baked pumpkin seeds or any other nuts.
● Cheese ( feta, goat cheese or parmesan)
● Green onion or any fresh leaves such as parsley, coriander, or chives.
● Drizzle of olive oil

Instructions:
1. Sauté the Mushrooms:
- For the first step, heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over a high flame until it is shiny.
- Combine sliced mushrooms and cook for several minutes stirring occasionally until the mushrooms have been sautéed with golden brown color and are tender, about 5- 7 minutes.
2. Add Garlic and Seasoning:
- Next, add the minced garlic to the mushroom mix and fry for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic browns.
- After that, take the skillet off the stove and pour the fresh lemon juice. Set aside.
3. Prepare the Avocado:
- When the mushrooms are about half done, cut the avocado in two halves and take the seed out then put the flesh in a small bowl.
- Beat the avocado with the help of a fork until it melts and has a creamy texture. You may add a pinch of salt and pepper to the dish to level up your taste buds a notch higher.
