For the Dough:
- 4 cups (500g) bread flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- All purpose flour: 1 cup (240ml)
- Granulated sugar: 3 tablespoons (40g)
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- Sub (Instead) 1 ¼ cups warm water at, about 43°C/110°F
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (A optional for sweetener)
- ¾ cup (120g) raisins
For Boiling:
- 8 cups (2 liters) water
- 2 level tablespoons granulated sugar
For Topping (Optional):
- Ground cinnamon which is then mixed with sugar for cinting.

Instructions
1: Prepare the Dough:
- For the Yeast mixture, in a large mixing bowl, sift the bread flour with salt, ground cinnamon, and sugar. Finally, add instant yeast and mix with all the other ingredients once again.
- Slowly pour in warm water and honey (where applicable) and stir until the contents start to form a dough.
2: Knead the Dough:
- Sprinkle some more flour on a clean surface turn the dough onto this surface and then use your hand to knead it for 8-10 minutes until the silken surface forms.

3: First Rise:
